One of Cebu's popular cake shops is Angelica's Cakes and Pastries. I believe they have long been in this industry for quite some time now. It's just recently though that I have tried their cakes. After reading a lot of good reviews about their cakes I then tried to buy one for my birthday. Pictured above is a Rocky Road cake priced at P400+. This is a big size if you might ask. This is comparable to Goldilocks large round cakes but way lower in terms of price and quality. What I love about this is its not the ordinary chiffon cake offered by other brands particularly Goldilocks (Red Ribbon is good too coz its of moist type but its more expensive). This one here is a moist type so expect its texture to be really filled/compact.
They also offer the standard Chocolate Moist cakes in round and square shapes priced also very reasonably. The small round Chocolate Moist cake costs only P145 and is good for already 3-4pax. It's one of my favorite in Angelica's. They also offer free dedication/lettering using pink or blue colored icings on top of this moist cakes.
Are you hungry now? I bet your sweet-toothed side of you is giggling and itching to taste their cakes.

I like their chocolate cupcakes (the one with swirly icing), egg pie, and pineapple pie :-)
