Finally, I had the chance to try out the talked about KFC Streetwise Cheese Top Burger.. For only P50 you get a Cheese Top burger with regular drink. Sounds good for a budget-conscious/stingy lass like me. I wasn't expecting much from this new burger idea as I've seen the Jimmy Kimmel Live's parody of this latest Philippine product. It may seem like a sad reality but truth hurts and let's face it, they're just stating facts. And the fact is what you see in TV commercials, print ads or billboards doesn't usually equate to what is served. I was able to attest it by buying this unique product offered by KFC.

I don't want to judge the book by its cover although the picture above isn't appealing, it still is worth a try. As they say, "There's no harm in trying". It actually tasted ok, not exceptional. The cheese is stiff almost on the verge of crunchiness. On the positive side, the chicken patty with garlic parmesan dressing complimented well with each other. I like the aroma of garlic coz it's not that strong. The unique texture/taste of this burger is worth another try. What I just dislike about the cheese top burger is that it's a bit salty for me. Whilst, salty for me might be okay for some.
