At Oyster Bay Seafood Restaurant

Another family dinner c/o the ever helpful group buying site, Groupon. Initially, I was hesitant to buy this coupon due to some monetary issues, but good thing the "impulsive-me" prevailed. The "impulsivity" in me sometimes has a positive outcome. We were able to dine in this nice resto with a good and relaxing ambiance in addition to the yummy foods.

THE PLACE

Plus points for this resto is their unlimited rice which only costs P30. And since we are a family of rice-eaters we devoured all the rice our stomachs could fill up. Thus ended up with 4 platters of rice.

time to eat...

What we ordered:
halaan soup - P135
crispy crablets - P255
chorizo bamboo rice - P160
spicy chicken in coconut milk - P165

mixed seafood hot pot - P295
patatim with fried bread - P495
Everything we ordered was indeed deliciously satisfying and worth every penny with the exception of the Spicy chicken in coconut milk which was our least favorite. The spicy chicken has very few chicken bits in it, seems like we ordered a soup and not a chicken dish. I highly recommend the Crispy crablets and Patatim - great value for money. Overall, it was a great experience and we paid a total of P1900+ including the drinks. Oh, I forgot to mention that their beverages are too expensive - hahaha my least favorite as well. I think a canned soda costs more or less P70 :).

Live seafoods(so expect fresh seafoods in the menu)
