Going around to a new place you've never been to especially without a companion or guide to lead you to places is not an easy task. You need to use your guts and confidence. Rule number 1: Don't hesitate to ask. Let go of your inner shyness coz it won't do you any good. So after having lunch at Mahogany Market, we head directly to the Pension House we reserved.
Going to Mar-a-Lago
Mar-a-Lago Pension House is located at Ridgeview Subd. Central Iruhin, Tagaytay City. This may not be a popular place but you can always ask locals to drop you off at Ridgeview Subdivision. If you opt to commute like we did, it's advisable to ride a jeepney(P12 from the terminal and vice versa) and ask the driver to drop you off at Ridgeview Subdivision. Tricycles ask you to pay more probably at P20/person.
TAGAYTAY MAR-a-LAGO PENSION HOUSE & GARDEN
Nestled on a hilltop at Ridgeview Subdivision, this quaint house is a very good option for budget travelers. We are a group of 5 so we availed of their BARKADA PACKAGE:

· Minimum of 5 persons
· Breakfast included
I'm so happy and satisfied with this package. The air-conditioned room is clean, it has a double deck bed with one pullout and a queen size bed, tv, refrigerator, built-in cabinets and CR inside the room with hot and cold shower. Nice deal don't you think? Paying only 500 pesos for a lodging in Tagaytay is very cheap plus it includes free breakfast already.
